What are your rates?

The rate for the suite is from $220, Christmas and Family Day $250

What is your cancellation policy?

14 days notice is required for a full refund, 

13 -7 days notice 10% fee

less then 7 days 50% fee

What breakfast is included?

Tea, coffee, breads and cereal

What can we access?

This is your own private area, 1 Queen and 1 Double/Full bedrooms, full kitchen, lounge, diningtable, laundry and Parking spaces for 2 vehicles or a truck and a trailer, a 5 person hot tub is ready to go for winter 2021 (some simple rules to follow and this is a shared space)

What time is check in/out and is early late checkouts available?

Check in time is 4pm, check out time is 10am. Early/late checkout times will be considered on availability.

Do you have pets on site? 

We have a very well behaved and loving dog, who will want to greet you with such enthusiasm and a belly rub, and will happily take as much attention as you may want to give.

Is your Bed and Beakfast child friendly?

Yes, we welcome families to stay with us, but please note that the rooms have Queen or Double beds, and the washroom only has a large shower.

Do the owners live in the house?

Yes, our house is also our family home, which means from time to time you may hear us roaring like dinosaurs or extremely excited about one of the helicopters flying around overhead. Every effort has been put into place to prevent noise travelling through the house.

 Cleaning and Alergies? 

We clean to a high standard and even more so during COVID 19, we are not a nut or alergy free house.
